Logging in to your h2m account is a simple and secure process. Whether you're on a desktop, smartphone, or tablet, the h2m interface is designed to deliver a seamless experience with no hassle. The steps below will guide you through the process clearly.

First, open your preferred web browser and type h2m.app in the address bar, or open the h2m app you have downloaded on your device. You will be taken directly to the platform's main page. Look for the "Login" button located at the top of the page.

Next, enter the username, Malaysian phone number or email address you used when registering. Then enter your password accurately — pay attention to uppercase and lowercase letters as the h2m password is case-sensitive. After that, click or tap the "Login" button and you will be taken directly to your personal account dashboard.

If you have enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), an OTP code will be sent to your phone number or email. Enter the code within the allotted time to complete the login process. This is an additional security layer that is highly recommended for all h2m members.

Sometimes, minor issues can get in the way of your login. Don't worry — most h2m login problems have simple solutions that can be resolved within minutes.

• Forgot Password

  Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You will receive a reset link via email or an OTP code via SMS to your registered phone number.
• Username Not Recognised

  Try logging in with your phone number or email address. If it still doesn't work, you may be using credentials for a different platform. Contact support for verification.
• Account Temporarily Suspended

  If there are too many failed login attempts, your account will be temporarily suspended as a security measure. Contact the live chat support team to restore your access.
• Did Not Receive 2FA OTP Code

  Check that your phone number is active and has sufficient network coverage. Wait 60 seconds before requesting a new code. If the issue persists, use the email verification option as an alternative.
• Login Page Not Loading

  Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or use incognito mode. Make sure your browser is updated to the latest version. The h2m mobile app is also available as an alternative.

Keep Your h2m Account Secure

Your h2m account holds valuable personal information and financial funds. It is therefore important that you take proactive steps to keep your account secure at all times. h2m has invested in world-class security infrastructure, but the best protection starts with your own actions as a user.

Choose a strong and unique password for your h2m account — don't use the same password as your social media or email accounts. A good password includes a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols, with a minimum length of 10 characters. Avoid using personal information such as your date of birth or name as your password.

Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) right away. This feature adds a highly effective layer of security — even if someone obtains your password, they still cannot access your account without the OTP code sent to your personal device. You can enable 2FA through the Security Settings section in your h2m account.

• Never share your login credentials with anyone, without exception.
• Use a secure Wi-Fi network; avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi without a VPN.
• Log out every time you finish playing, especially on shared devices.
• Review login notifications and inform support if you notice any suspicious activity.
• Update your password at least once every 90 days.
• Ensure your device has up-to-date antivirus software installed.
